Yorkshire Dales Holiday Cottage
Situated in the middle of the Yorkshire Dales National park, Hill View is one of only 23 cottages that make up the entire village of Appersett, Hawes. Here you can hear the plaintive cry of the curlew, hens contentedly clucking as they range along the nearby Widdale Beck and in Spring, the sound of newborn lambs.
The cottage, run by its owners, is around one mile to the thriving market town of Hawes at the heart of the Yorkshire Dales with its excellent array of shops, tea-rooms, pubs & churches - and about 50-yards to some of the finest walks that the UK has to offer. The scenery is just stunning and in this comfortable holiday cottage you'll find a home-from-home.
It's a delightful, well-appointed cottage with plenty of space for six to eight people in three bedrooms (one double with a king-size bed and two twins) and a double sofa bed in the lounge. There is a snug in addition to the sizeable lounge and a kitchen with space to mingle as a family.
There are numerous walks from the door and the Pennine Way is just on the other side of the dale - about half a mile away. Hardraw - home of the famous Force and the Green Dragon pub is a similar distance.
We have good Internet access. Pets are welcome
close to Hawes and Hardraw, Wensleydale and at the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.
